🕓 Order Processing & 24-Hour Grace Period
- Each order is handled by the seller and monitored by AslyMart to ensure timely fulfilment and reliable service.
- Buyers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund, no questions asked.
- Sellers are notified not to start preparing any order during this first 24-hour window — this is the grace period.
- The seller’s processing time includes these first 24 hours, and the countdown starts once payment is confirmed.
- Processing time means the period required by the seller to prepare, package, and hand over your order to the courier.
- Standard products are typically processed within 1 – 3 business days, depending on stock and product type.
- Custom-made or handmade products may require additional time for preparation or production. The estimated processing time is always displayed on the product page.
- If a seller exceeds the stated processing period, the buyer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- Buyers receive live status updates in their AslyMart account when the seller marks the order as “Processing,” “Shipped,” or “Delivered.”

All orders are shipped directly by the seller using the carrier of their choice.

Delivery time refers to the period after dispatch — the time it takes for the courier to deliver your package to your address.

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier’s service speed.
- Within Egypt: usually 2 – 4 business days after shipping.

The total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Example: If a seller’s processing time is 2 days and shipping takes 3 days, your order should arrive in about 5 business days.

If no specific delivery timeframe is stated by the seller, delivery must be completed within 30 days of order confirmation, as required by Egyptian law.

If the seller or courier fails to deliver within this timeframe, the buyer has the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

- Buyers have a 24-hour grace period after placing an order for a custom-made, personalized, or handmade product.
- Within this 24-hour window, you may cancel your order for a full refund before production begins.
- Once production has started, cancellations or refusals of delivery may result in a deduction of the seller’s actual, documented costs (e.g., materials or labor).
- AslyMart monitors this process to ensure that sellers respect the grace period and only begin production after the 24-hour window expires.

The first 24 hours are the grace period, followed by the seller’s processing time, and then shipping time once the courier takes over.
💸 Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.
After that, you may still cancel before shipment and receive a refund unless production or packaging has already begun for custom items.
📦 How do I track my order?
Once the seller marks your order as “Shipped,” a tracking number and courier details appear in your AslyMart account.
You’ll also receive email or SMS updates automatically.
🚚 What if my order is delayed?
If your order isn’t delivered within the promised timeframe (or within 30 days if no time was stated), you can cancel the order and receive a full refund under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
🔁 Can I return my order after receiving it?
Yes — for standard items you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
