💾 AslyMart Digital Goods Refund Policy

Welcome to AslyMart!
This policy explains how digital products — including downloadable files, digital art, templates, audio, software, and other non-physical items — are delivered and refunded.

Digital products follow rules different from physical goods, in line with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

🧭 1. What Counts as a Digital Product?

Digital goods include:

  • Digital art, illustrations, and templates
  • E-books or learning materials
  • Music, sound effects, or stock audio
  • Software files, code, or online assets
  • Any product delivered electronically, not shipped physically

⚙️ 2. Order Processing & Access

2.1 Standard Digital Products

  • Delivered immediately after payment.
  • Buyers receive:
    • A download link, or
    • An email with access instructions.

2.2 Custom or Personalized Digital Products

  • May require a processing or creation period before access is provided.
  • The estimated delivery time is clearly displayed on the product page.

2.3 Manually Activated Files

For licensed files, software keys, or manual access:

  • Sellers must deliver within 24 hours after purchase.

All digital deliveries are logged and timestamped.

🚧 3. Access or File Issues

If your digital file is:

  • Missing
  • Corrupted
  • Incomplete
  • Not accessible
  • Not as described

You may request assistance within 7 days.

Sellers must either:

  • Re-send the correct file
  • Provide a replacement
  • Support buyers with access problems

If unresolved, AslyMart Support may issue a full refund.

💰 4. Refund Policy for Digital Content

Situation Refund Eligibility
Buyer cancels before downloading/accessing ✅ Full refund
Buyer has downloaded or accessed the file successfully ❌ Not eligible for refund
File is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described ✅ Replacement or full refund
Unauthorized sharing or misuse ❌ No refund + possible account suspension

Under Article 24 of Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law, digital products cannot be refunded after access or download, unless defective or inconsistent with the listing.

🪪 5. Usage Rights & Licensing

  • Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable license.
  • Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is strictly prohibited unless explicitly stated.
  • Any misuse may lead to:
    • Account suspension
    • Removal of access
    • Legal action for intellectual property violation

🔐 6. Seller Requirements

Sellers offering digital products must:

  • Label items clearly as Digital Download or Online Access
  • Upload complete, functional, and virus-free files
  • Specify file type, size, and required programs
  • Provide timely support for access or technical issues
  • Maintain download links for at least 30 days after purchase
