Applies To: All users of AslyMart, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

Welcome to AslyMart, a multivendor marketplace for handcrafted, creative, and digital products.
By accessing or using AslyMart, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” – AslyMart website & mobile apps.
  • “Buyer” – Any user purchasing products.
  • “Seller” – Any user offering products for sale.
  • “Product” – Physical or digital goods sold on the platform.
  • “Order” – A confirmed purchase made through the platform.

2. Accepting the Terms

By creating an account, purchasing products, or listing items for sale, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agreed to these Terms.
  • You are legally able to enter contracts under Egyptian law.
  • You consent to the Privacy Policy and all linked policies.

3. Using the Platform

3.1 Account Requirements

Users must:

  • Provide accurate personal or business information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Update information when necessary

AslyMart may suspend accounts containing inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading information.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Post illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Sell prohibited or counterfeit goods
  • Circumvent AslyMart’s payment systems
  • Abuse, harass, or interfere with other users
  • Upload malware or harmful files

Violation may lead to account suspension or permanent removal.

4. Marketplace Role of AslyMart

AslyMart is a marketplace, not the seller of products (unless explicitly stated).

  • Each seller is responsible for their listings, inventory, shipping, fulfilment, product quality, and legal compliance.
  • AslyMart facilitates ordering, payment processing, tracking, and dispute management.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must comply with the following:

5.1 Listings

  • Provide accurate titles, pricing, photos, and descriptions
  • Disclose processing time, shipping methods, and customization requirements
  • Clearly identify items as physical or digital downloads

5.2 Fulfilment

  • Follow the Seller Shipping & Fulfilment Policy
  • Respect the 24-hour buyer grace period before starting production
  • Process and ship orders within the stated timeframe
  • Upload valid tracking numbers

5.3 Digital Products

  • Deliver complete, functional, virus-free files
  • Activate manually delivered files within 24 hours
  • Comply with the Seller Digital Goods Fulfilment Policy

Sellers must comply with:

  • Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018
  • Intellectual property, copyright, and licensing laws
  • Tax and commercial registration requirements (if applicable)

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information
  • Review product descriptions before buying
  • Respect digital product licensing terms
  • Not misuse, redistribute, or resell digital files

7. Orders, Cancellations & Returns

All purchases must follow the associated AslyMart policies:

7.1 Order Processing

  • Buyers have a 24-hour cancellation window for all orders
  • Sellers may not begin preparing or producing during this period

7.2 Physical Product Refunds

Handled under the Physical Products Refund & Return Policy, including:

  • Delivery delays
  • Incorrect, damaged, or defective products
  • Non-delivery
  • Return eligibility rules

7.3 Digital Goods Refunds

Handled under the Digital Goods & Refund Policy, including:

  • No refunds after download/access unless defective
  • Refunds before download
  • Resolution of corrupted or missing files

7.4 Disputes

If a buyer and seller cannot resolve an issue:

  • AslyMart Support may investigate
  • AslyMart may issue refunds based on platform and legal policies

8. Payments & Payouts

Buyers

  • Payments must be made using AslyMart’s supported methods
  • Charges appear once the order is confirmed

Sellers

  • Payouts are released after orders are marked “Completed”

  • AslyMart may hold funds temporarily for:

    • Fraud checks
    • Disputes
    • Verification compliance

AslyMart may deduct fees, penalties, or adjustments in cases of violations.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is handled directly by the seller
  • Delivery times are shown on product pages
  • If no timeframe is stated, maximum delivery is 30 days (per Egyptian law)
  • Failure to deliver allows the buyer to request a full refund

10. Intellectual Property

  • Sellers must upload only original or licensed content
  • Buyers receive a personal-use license only for digital files
  • Redistribution or resale of digital goods is strictly prohibited
  • AslyMart may remove listings violating IP rights

11. Privacy & Data Use

Your data is collected and processed according to the AslyMart Privacy Policy, including:

  • Account information
  • Transaction records
  • Communication logs

AslyMart does not sell personal data.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

AslyMart may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
  • Repeated fulfilment problems
  • Intellectual property infringement

Users may request account deletion unless restricted by legal obligations.

13. Limitation of Liability

AslyMart is not liable for:

  • Seller performance failures
  • Product defects or inaccuracies
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers
  • Losses due to misuse of digital files

AslyMart provides the platform “as is” and without warranties.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by:

  • Egyptian Law
  • Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018

Any disputes will be resolved through Egyptian courts.

15. Changes to the Terms

AslyMart may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
