AslyMart is responsible for:

7. Products & Availability

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time
  • We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate

However, minor variations may occur.

8. Orders & Payments

8.1 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

8.2 Payment Methods

Payments must be made through approved payment methods available on the platform.

8.3 Pricing

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on the product.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped by AslyMart or its logistics partners
  • Delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary by location
  • Maximum delivery period complies with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law

Failure to deliver within the stated timeframe entitles the customer to request a refund.

10. Cancellations

  • Buyers may cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped
  • After shipment, cancellations are subject to the Return Policy

11. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our policies:

  • Refunds may be issued for:
    • Defective or damaged products
    • Incorrect items
    • Non-delivery
  • Digital products:
    • Non-refundable after download or access unless defective

AslyMart reserves the right to assess refund eligibility.
