🔄 AslyMart Physical Products Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to AslyMart!
This policy outlines how refunds, returns, cancellations, and post-delivery issues are handled for physical products purchased through our marketplace.

Our goal is to ensure a fair, transparent, and reliable shopping experience — fully compliant with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.


🕓 1. Order Cancellations

1.1 24-Hour Grace Period

  • Buyers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.
  • During this period, sellers must not begin preparing or producing the order.
  • The seller’s processing time includes these first 24 hours.

1.2 Custom or Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom-made, handmade, and personalized items also follow the 24-hour cancellation window.
  • After production begins, sellers may deduct actual documented costs (materials, labor, packaging) from the refund if the buyer cancels.

📦 2. Returns (Physical Products Only)

2.1 Eligible Return Cases

Buyers may request a return or refund if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The item was incorrect or missing components.
  • The seller exceeded their stated processing time.
  • Delivery did not occur within the required timeframe.

2.2 Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.
  • Returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Some products may not be returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items).


🚚 3. Delivery Delays & Non-Delivery

3.1 Standard Delivery Time

  • Sellers must dispatch orders within their stated processing time.
  • Delivery typically occurs 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • If no timeframe is stated, delivery must be completed within 30 days (per Egyptian law).

3.2 Delayed or Failed Delivery

Buyers may request a full refund if:

  • The seller fails to deliver within the promised timeframe.
  • Delivery exceeds the legal 30-day maximum.
  • The shipment is lost or not handed to the courier as required.

🛠️ 4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products

Buyers must report issues within 7 days of receiving the product.

Sellers must either:

  • Provide a replacement, or
  • Approve a full refund.

If the seller fails to resolve the issue, AslyMart Support will step in.


💰 5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Refunds are processed after:
    • Seller approval, or
    • AslyMart verification in case of disputes.
  • Refund timelines may vary based on payment providers.

📜 6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on AslyMart must:

  • Clearly state processing times.
  • Ship orders on time using reliable couriers.
  • Upload accurate tracking numbers.
  • Respect the 24-hour grace period before production begins.
  • Handle returns promptly and professionally.

Sellers who repeatedly fail to meet requirements may face penalties, suspended listings, or account restrictions.

  • Buyer protection standards
