🧭 What Are Digital Goods?

Digital goods include any non-physical product delivered online, such as:

  • Digital art or illustrations
  • Templates, fonts, or design packs
  • E-books or digital guides
  • Music, sound effects, or stock audio
  • Software files, code, presets, or creative assets

These items are not shipped, but delivered electronically.

⚙️ Order Processing & Access

Standard Digital Products

  • Delivered instantly after payment.
  • Buyers receive:
    • A download link, or
    • An email with access instructions.

Custom or Personalized Digital Products

  • These require a creation or processing period.
  • The estimated delivery timeframe is clearly shown on the product page.
  • Access is provided only after the file is prepared by the seller.

Manually Activated Files

Some digital items — such as license keys or software activations — may require manual confirmation.

Sellers must deliver these within 24 hours after purchase.

🚧 Delivery or Access Issues

If your file is:

  • Missing
  • Corrupted
  • Incomplete
  • Not accessible
  • Not as described

You may request assistance within 7 days of purchase.

Sellers must either:

  • Re-upload or re-send the correct file
  • Provide access support
  • Provide a replacement if the file is defective

If the seller fails to resolve the issue, buyers may open a case with AslyMart Support, who will assess based on the Digital Goods Refund Policy

🔐 File Access & Download Availability

  • Download links remain accessible for at least 30 days after purchase.
  • Buyers are responsible for saving the file after download.
  • Sellers must maintain working download links or re-provide access if needed.

🪪 Usage Rights & Licensing

  • Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital file.
  • Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the digital asset is prohibited unless clearly stated by the seller.
  • Misuse may result in:
    • Removal of access
    • Account restrictions
    • Potential legal action

🔐 Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers must:

    • Clearly label products as “Digital Download” or “Online Access.”
    • Provide complete, working, virus-free files.
    • Describe file format, size, and any software requirements.
    • Offer replacement support for access or corruption issues.

  • Sellers are responsible for maintaining secure hosting and valid download links for at least 30 days after purchase.

  • For custom-made digital products, sellers must communicate the processing time clearly on the product page.
